A note is for you and your clinician
The useful version of a privacy page is a list of who can see what. This is that list.
What is stored
Your name and email, the clinician you booked, the time of the visit, the note you write before a session, and the summary written afterward. Scheduling details and clinical notes are kept apart from marketing pages.
Who can open a note
You, and the clinician on that visit. Another clinician on the roster cannot open it. A teammate cannot open it. Support staff can see that an account exists when you ask for help, and they do not receive the contents of a session unless you paste them into the request.
What a company can see
If your employer pays for a team plan, an admin can see who booked and whether the visit happened. The admin cannot read the note, the summary, or the reason you gave for booking. Session content is not a benefit report.
Video visits
A visit opens on its own page. The room is limited to you and your clinician. Closing the page leaves the room. Berhana does not publish a recording of the hour in your workspace. The written summary is the record you keep.
What we do not do
We do not sell health information. We do not use your session notes to train a public model. We do not show a score of your mood to anyone, including you. Preparation between visits is a note, not a diagnosis.
This preview
The booking form on this site saves the request in the page only. It does not charge a card, send email, or write to a server. Treat the clinicians, stories, and workspace as a product walkthrough.
